Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within X–Y business days after inspection of the returned product.

Shipping costs for returns due to customer’s regret are the responsibility of the buyer. In cases of defective or incorrect products, Veuloria covers the return shipping cost.
